If you tell them that they are for feeders and hit them up at the end of the show, you can get them really cheap. I am just trying to find some feeders in the field right now. Little worm eaters are esy to keep alive. Mardi Snipes had a 4 foot Coral a couple years ago. He also sold an albino one. I need to find me a couple more corals. Despite the general consensous that they are ugly. I think they are cute as a bug's ear!

Hey I'm a treehugger!. I don't get disturbed by rodents being fed to snakes. I get disturbed by wanton destruction for the philosophy of unlimited growth (like the cancer cell).
Although i am curious as to the lack of the "deader is better" crowd not getting puffy when someone feeds a live corn to a coral.
Nonetheless, a very pretty snake.
entropy,
Alex

*best cartman voice* #$%^$%^$%^$%^& tree huggin hippies!
I guess tree hugger wasn't the best word, as I kind of fall into that category, if a conservationist is considered a tree hugger. Perhaps I should have said bleeding heart softies or something of the like.
I don't think a baby corn could do much damage to a snake, much like no one really objects to feeing live pinkies. If the prey corn was captive bred, than the parasite load was probably close to nil as well.

Unfortunately that particular coral would not take Pkilled food. I had to use live. And the corns came from a show. As a general rule, i use prekilled or F/T as much as possible.

I do not know anything about hots, but I was wondering how exactly do you feed a
F/T to a hot? Just like feeding a F/T snake, just with a #$%^$%^$%^$%^& of a lot more caution?
Seems fairly dangerous to me...but thats just my opinion.
