You are incorrect. Just because one "finds" an image on Goggle doesn't mean that image is in the public domain. The default is that all photos are considered protected by copyright, unless otherwise noted. For additional information see: 10 Big Myths about copyright explained

That's a great picture.
What John White says is true. I recently had to do a power point presentation on a specific disease and wanted to use images from the internet. I found out that according to the law I had to reference every image I used.
