Copperhead Release Video
Here is a bit of bodgy footage taken yesterday of a release of a rescued
copperhead.Austrelaps supurbus.
This guy was found behind a wooden retaining wall.

Its about average mature size,
generally they are very solid snake and this
one is a healthy specimen.
They get a lot bigger
than this around here though,
but the big ones seem to have become
less common over the years.
