It has a person within the uk selling highly venomous snakes to people with D.W.A. licenses. If however you read the first response which is located at:

This guy has offered to buy a gaboon viper for £400, which is nearly a 300% mark-up from the original price, all because he doesnt have a D.W.A. license <---- which is illegal ladies and gentlemen, and these are the people that give herpers a bad name. Buying a highly venomous snake, without having a license, and without having the proper knowledge will lead into trouble. Like you guys have said before, not only does it endanger the ignorant owners life, but others aswell. Its against the law to keep a venomous snake in the uk, without the authorities knowing. Oh, and what if he gets bitten or even worse, some innocent party gets bitten? Im sure the nearest hospital would be able to conjour up AV for an unlicensed snake, which originates some 5 000 miles away.....yeah right.

well to my knowledge BW, you have to have a viv with a lock (obvious) then you have to have it surveyed (by a qualified member of the D.W.A.), to see if it really is safe enough so that the snake etc stays in the viv and cant get out. Thats about it i think.
