Hey BW,
I had one of these species about 10 years ago. It is a pyscho snake, as least mine was!
Everytime the cage was opened it would freak!!! This snake is not for the faint of heart!! They do well in captivity though. Mine ate very well and grew like a weed. If my memory serves me I keeped the temp at 80-85 F with a drop at night to 75F. It seemed to thrive at those temps.
