I love South Texas.
Found this little guy near our deer lease outside of Rio Grande City. They are all over the place right now.
Oh yeah, it's in an enclosure, but don't worry. It's just for a few photos. It will be released very soon exactly in the same spot where it was found.
More pics of my Starr County herping trip to come soon. |

Don't think I really wanna run into one here though...lol...I think all we have here in timber rattlers and I have never seen one.......Although my 2 year old is pretty good at catching worm snakes and rough green snakes.lol
