Did you actually find a picture of one or did my hint help you out?
There is another color variety of this snake that looks completely different, I only use my own pictures in games like this however.
You can see the other color variety on Mark O'Shea's website, he has done a bit of work with Micropechis.

I used your hints. I looked up elapids in the book, and ruled out Africa's. Then I found the picture and compared heads mostly.

Good work....I'll see if I can come up with something else, or maybe FLVenom will have something to post. If anyone else wants to post anything by all means go for it....it's a fun way for people to learn things.

I only have 4 reptiles and all are easy to identify  2 have been reported to contain small amounts of venom.
