is there a difference in between a Naja Pallida and a Naja Nigricollis other than color????

Well, yes, they are different. Naja nigricollis ranges from Kenya, Uganda ,throughout southwestern Africa , Tanzania , Rwanda , Burundi , Senegal and Namibia. N. nigricollis is also a very large, robust species.

Naja pallida ranges from Northern Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, throughout Somalia , Ogaden, and into northern Sudan and southern Egypt . At onetime, they were thought to be a subspecies of Naja nigricollis, but that has since been changed.
