First three were taken in a local park... hauled the animals down there for some naturalistic shots. Cheating, but have you ever tried to get a good shot of a wild western diamondback that doesn't really want his picture taken? =)
The last one was taken in a sandy camera set, specifically intended for snake shots.

very nice pictures.. quality of the shots was amazing too, the snakes were beautful, lil scary tho.. I've seen too many cotton mouths upclose, don't even like seein em anymore.. I feel sorry for you tho, gettin that close 2 take those pictures! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif[/img]
