A couple pics of Spaz, My neo Atrox
Well, I kept this little bugger after removing him from the public pool this summer. He just has a much more vivid phenotype than what I usually see around here, so I kept him. I'll return him in a couple years.........Maybe.
I call him Spaz cuz he's the meanest most oneryest Atrox I've ever had. I've had around 30 or so in my time. He has easily tried to get me 100 times in the 2 months I've had him. LOL
Anyway, enough talk, heres a couple tongue shots...............
And a frontal view.........
BTW, he's in full blue. Hard to tell huh? He looks like he's just starting to haze, but he's been like that for 4 days now.

Cool! My boss has tons of rattle snakes and Cobras. I think they are so cool but cant bring myself to interact with them. Has to do with something like staying alive I guess.

I've been handling them since I was 15 yrs old, and went 15 yrs straight exclusively with NA Crotalids, and I'm still alive as can be, with NO emvenomations through handling.  Just takes proper training and safe handling practices.
