You guessed it Bry- Pak is short for Pakistan. In general, Pak's are pretty "spunky"... think of them as being the Napoleons of the genus Naja. It was a black Pak envenomation that put Tom Townsend on the shelf for a short time last year.

It wasnot Tom that I was talking about. This was a guy that Mike knew. I never even caught his name. I was trying to remember the names and faces of all the northern herpers [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img] It was my first Hamburg Show, Columbia is generally the only hot show I go to. I went to Mikes to get feeders and ended up in PA! [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img] Come to think of it....... I never did get my feeders....... I definately wasn't planning on a Black Pak, as a starter. They are awesome!!! If and when I do try hots I want to start with something fast that cant kill me when i screw up the first time. Probably a Mangrove or something similar. Id prefer a fast intellegent snake so I can train myself properly.
