Gonna Lose My Mind
Okay, I got a Red Diamond Rattlesnake. My daughter has been going to summer camp. I bathe my kids every other night. They're clean. I try to change sheets every weekend. I'm somewhat of a neat freak.
Nevertheless, my oldest daughter, 3, came home with Scabies. I never heard of them before. Now, I gotta wash the whole dog-gone house. Anyway, does anyone know if Scabies can get to a snake? So far, he's fine. No changes. I just want to make sure he isn't being Scabied. (Sp?) Anything less than a happy rattler, and I can't sleep.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Has she even been handling the snake?
Very funny. I love it.
Uhhhhh, no. I don't let my 3 year old daughter handle my full grown Red Diamond Rattlesnake or anywhere near it for that matter.
I even keep him up very high. The bottom of his cage is 6 feet off the ground so she cannot get to him.
Good question though!!!! I love it.

Yeah, well I would hope you wouldn't let her handle it. LOL. I think your snake is fine, and like the others said...scabies is a mamal thing.
