One Antivenin for ANY Venomous Snake

I saw that the other day... very promising, though you know as well as I do, if some pharmaceutical company gets their hands on it, instead of being produced privately - its gonna be ridiculously priced and still hard to aquire - so the specialized avs will most likely still be used anyway... though, they might drop in price. Which would be nice.

That would be great...I would imagine it would make antivenin accesible for almost anyone that got bitten. At least in those parts of the world where medical treatment is readily available.
How would this affect keeping hots though? Would it make it more readily available to idiots who have no business owning a venemous animal? I know that some "real" men get into this just to show how cool they are. I think to think that something like this would make it easier for them to do this.
