Hey Guys, I added some pics to the members area. See if you can tell what they are; a little herp knowledge exam.

nice bite on the snapper. I saved one of them from an intersection the other year,,,,little guy was so thankful he reached his head all the way back and almost had my thumb for dinner!!!!

I put up quite a few pics of my snakes but they are dropping off the member area. Where do the end up? I have to say that this is the coolest herp forum i have seen on the net. Great job with this site team members.

JQ ,if you click on the 'Go Advanced' button you can use the attach files function
and it will drop your pics in the thread you are on.
Try it out.

Nice Snapper!
I had a 12 pound rescue male Alligator Snapper ,"Louie",I got from my roomate. The Snapper on the other side of his huge cage he was in (there was a divider), Bit his tail and about 4 inches needed to be amputated.
After I got him fixed I donated him to our nature society. He is on display.

No worries, click on the Reply button instead of the quick reply,,,then go down to manage attachments and upload the pics there.

I found the way to do it but it say's my pics are too big.

Rob, I see you are in the Navy. I did 8 yrs myself and would have retired Nov 27th if I had stayed in. My foundest memory in the Navy was in Rio Dejanero catching a Jararacca, which is a very venomous pit viper found all over Brazil. If only I could have got it on the carrier with me.

haha, yeah I think my coffin locker could have made a great enclosure with an added air hole or two! I did 8 years (that webpage hasn't been updated since I left Japan--I really need to redo it!!), USS George Washington when I was living down by you. I saw alot of interesting snakes and snake shows especially over in Thailand. If you don't have a photo shop to make em smaller just hit up www.download.com and get a free editor to resize.
