Mali uromastyx breeding

I have a pair of 1.1 mali uromastyx. The female is about 11in, the male a tad bit smaller (almost 11in)
Are these breeding age?
If so, How and when can I start breeding them?
Do they have live young or eggs?

I believe that they are about the size they need to be for breeding at this point.

They don't seem to be quite full grown, 11" is listed as the minimum adult size for the females, but malis can go up to 14"-16" as adults. Malis are probably the best choice for first time uro breeders, but they're still a bit tougher than a lot of other common pet lizards. Good luck.
