Small headed
Okay okay okay, my husband heard this one this morning from a friend. His friend was told that if you don't feed snakes prey that are bigger than their heads, their heads will stay small and the rest of the snake will grow, so always be sure to feed bigger. Now if that isn't a tall tale I don't know what is

I've yet to see a snake with a head larger then their body so I guess in a way he isn't totally off except for the reason behind it. But, this doesn't explain pin headedness from overfeeding now does it?

Boids on the whole seem to have small heads, the only snakes I've really seen with "big heads" are the venomous ones, all those muscles behind their skulls make their heads appear bigger. Powerfeeding to the extent that you have a pin headed snake is gross behaviour and akin to abuse.

Ahh well it says a lot for my best friend...Shes so dang clingy with all her men, when she gets a new one, she totally dumps me, never calls or anything. When shes single, she calls 3-4 times a day even at night when my husband is home, and I still made time for her....so much for "best friend"
