Why do there have to be sooo many awesome reptiles out there? I want them all but can only have 1 or 2... (maybe three)...

Large tortoises are for the most part eating, pooping, peeing tanks. During the cooler months these near 100 lb. tortoises are housed in a re-enforced, chain link dog pen. The amount of waste one tortoise can generate is staggering. They're awesome critters but not good captives for the average herper.

I have searched for a tort that would stay tiny...something that would be a considered a miniature...no luck
