My turtles bask in cooler weather like that and even on cloudy days... doesn't really matter to them as long as they get dry, relatively warm and UV.

That's a cute turtle by the way, what species is it?

Calagur (sp?) borneoensis or it may be a Batagar baska.... I took pics of both that day, but they had lots of algae on them, so it was hard to remember which was which.
