leopard tort info??
I keep finding conflicting facts. One web site will say they stay at 14" and not say weight---then another site will say 200 pounds and not say length---does anyone know the bottom line on leopard adults???

I go throught this every now and then--I want a tortiose..then I look into certain species...then I think about it and back off. I think the only species that stays a suitable size (unless your in a very warm part of the country) is russian--and since I only want captive bred because of the whole importation thing---good luck finding one. Bert at agama is breeding but his colony is not large enough yet.....and getting a toriose from a breeder you really trust is important...all the talk of the spread of herpes wiping out collections is no joke.
It always gets me to the point were I say---ok, maybe another lizard instead
