WTT: Wristwatch stuff for Snake(s)
Strange, but true. I am an avid gents wrist watch collector. I have LOTS of nice aftermarket watchbands that were made for Rolex and Tudor watches ( but they fit other watches). These bands sell for $34.95 - $99.95. They are NOT fakes or replicas as they have NO Rolex markings on them. The watchbands are high quality stainless steel; most with solid links.
I'll gladly trade my Rolex Oyster or Jubilee style bands for a healthy corn/ rat / garter / king snake... or snakes.
I'm in NC, USA. Overnight shipping will be offered to you, as I expect the snake to come to me via overnight. If you're interested, please let me know via PM.
THANKS for your consideration.

OOPs! I didn't even think about someone considering this spam. I am serious, though. I've been a watch collector for 17 years. We have only one snake -- and my family wants at least one more. (See the Check In/Out forum for my intro).
I'm willing to trade watchbands for herps cuz I'm " horology rich" and " herp poor" (not to mention cash poor).
We have a "regular corn" snake -- one that looks most like the Okeetee to my untrained eye. It's my 13yo daughter's. We're interested in like species that are not very testy, good to handle and relatively easy to keep -- such as the garter, rat, corn & king varieties.
THANKS for not deleting the message as I promise it is not spam. Feel free to offer advice and tips... and offers for trade.

No problem. I notice you're one of the more prolific posters on RTB. Glad to make your acquaintance. THANKS for putting me at ease, too. When new to a forum, it's often hard to assess how someone means a post -- until you get to know them a bit. I appreciate the friendly nature of RTB; along with all of the experience and knowledge.

Cool! We have some pics, but they're all at home. I'm at work now, so I'll post some this evening or tomorrow. Cally (our corn's name) is beautiful to us. She's so gentle and easy to handle -- which is why we'd like at least one more corn or something similar.
We went to the " Snake Show" at Lake Waccamaw (which was really more of an educational seminar than anything close to a show) two weeks ago. It was put on by some gentlemen who are really into herps. We were exposed to several garter/rat varieties while there. These folks really piqued our interest in adding more snakes to our family.
My soon-to-be 6yo son wants a snake for his birthday -- thus the reason for the original post. Yours truly will end up doing most of the caretaking, but I'm all for helping him gain a better appreciation of God's creation.
OT Question -- What does the "1.0.0" in 1.0.0 Western Rat Snake mean? I'd like to add Cally to my tagline, but don't know what the designation means.

1.0.0 one male 0.1.0 one female 0.0.1 one unknown
So... 2.5.10 would be two males five females and ten unknown.

this is her nice way of saying we're going to cram care information into your head until you get it and do it. Welcome I have a kingsnake I wouldn't mind giving away but he's not friendly, or calm, or easy to handle, or... ok lets just say he's really really evil... lol.

Corny,
I'm a barterer (if that's a word) at heart. I'd rather trade than buy/sell any day. Also, some folks like to trade -- so that's the reason for the offer. I do sell the watchbands... but thought someone might be interested in a good trade.
