Boa cage conversion

My small herp room is done..I am getting my Tegu on tuesday from Agama..YAY!! We are so excited. When he is full grown he will have free roam of this room all for himself. I was going to put him in a 40 gl, but then I realized I have an empty 4x2, 14" high Reptile Basics Boa cage. So I would like to use that b/c he can be in that longer.

How should I do the light placement??
What wattages?
