I'm doing what I said I wouldn't....
I'm getting another tegu....I have been wanting a blue and couldn't resist.
Since the blues stay a bit smaller I rationalized. Alot LOL
She was paid for this evening. I am thinking of shipping her on monday with Rick's approval.

You will enjoy her. It is the things we want the most that we appreciate the most when we finally get them. She's beautiful. I'm anxious to see how she grows in pics.

It takes them a good long while to turn blue....but I get another baby to love in the meantime!

thanks Louise...but I honestly didn't need another tegu LOL
It was just one of those things ya do when--- well the blue stays smaller then the BW's and hey it's a female...she'll stay even smaller 
Then being o a tegu forum and seeing the thread over and over again...
Ya know it's head games we play with ourselves to get what we want!

I can't believe this animal is not a toy
She is TINY (don't forget both my tegus were hibernated yearlings)....and so well cared for and healthy--it looks as if the shipping didn't phase her at all.
She is shiney--bright eyed---sweet---and curious. All the things that make up a well bred, well cared for hatchling.
After I put her in the cage she didn't run for cover like many shipped babies do--she slowly explored her surroundings...tongue flaring.
She just might be the cutest tegu in the world
I totally missed out on something tiny like this the first two times around, mine were easily twice the size when they came.
When my children come home they will fall in love---I just know it. I know I am smitten already!
Rick (the breeder) totally rocks. The packaging was well thought out and secure...and the animal is perfect in every way.
I have to charge my camera and find a disc (told you I was bad with pics these days) but I will take some pics later.
She's basking right now...what a cutie pie!
