feeding fertilized eggs?

My button quail have been producing more eggs than my eggeating snake needs, so today I put a few in my juvie tegu's dish. Within minutes, she came out of her hiding place and scarfed them down! This is the only food she has done this for- most of the time it's hit or miss as to whether food gets eaten within 12-24 hours. So I was wondering, since she likes them so much, how often can I feed them to her? Should they be only a treat, or since they're fertile, is it ok to feed them every few days?
