Lots of new pics I took with my digital camera in email mode. I'll take some of her outside when I get a chance, but I wanted everyone to see my current setup.

Oh and good news, she ate half a banana yesterday and half a plum today. I"m glad she's not so picky anymore. But she still makes me hand feed her

EDIT: just took her for a walk. got some great pics of her. she likes to lay in the grass, but i'd rather she got some exercise, so i put her in the median with those plants you see and she started digging and uprooting them. she's quite the character.

The colors are great on blues...
I see you use a trough--I always wondered how they worked. Many tegu people have suggested them. Have you tried chicks? Mine will eat no other whole prey now---they go crazy for them

I always wanted to try giving her chicks but I think they'd be too big for her to swallow. She's pretty big but her mouth just isn't. The trough works great by the way. What are you keeping yours in? Large breeders?

cages by design cage---if you look in this forum way at the beginning---Nico and Rocco are my tegus and there are photos of their setup. They used to actually eat guinea pigs, quail, rats and mice---but they stopped it all after they tasted their first chicken
