I have to complain about this one, LOL It is impossible to search through it! Is there any other way to organize it so you can go to a specific first letter instead of having to click "next" 100 times?

I think the next version of the forum will give this option
Another option you can try is the one built into postnuke...but for some reason I haven't been able to fix the dang 1969 problem lol.
