Ah yes, I forgot several methods for clams, but I was trying to point out that some seafood can only be cooked quickly or for long periods to be edible.

pigs in a blanket:
polish dogs, thinly sliced cheese (i prefer tillamook estra sharp), and pillsbury crossanrolls... the crossants you can get in dough form? or any roll, for that matter
make a slice in the polish dog, but leave bout 1/2 on each side, and insert the cheese. take a roll and wrap the dog in it, covering the cuts on the dog, then place on a baking tray, sliced side up. cook till the rolls are done

I have a great recipe for the "blankets"!
3-large eggs
12- Tbsp bisquick
1- Tbsp sugar
12- Tbsp sour cream
Might need a little milk if the batter is too thick. Be careful, these pancakes are so light they might float out of the pan!
What kind of stuffed peppers, jalapeno poppers, chili rellenos or bells?
