Live rats in the DFW area?

Anyone know where i can get live small-medium rats in the DFW area for a good price? (long story, dont ask lol....and NO they are not to feed to my snakes...)

when I started looking for better prices on f/t, I posted an ad on craigslist and found them semi-locally for about the same price I can get them shipped, and about $1.50 per mouse cheaper than in the local pet store.

CL might be a good place for you to start also.

yeah, if you dont want stupid emails, then it might not be a good idea.

as long as you stay away from the personals and the for sale sections, the emails aren't that bad.

HI! not sure wht part of DFW you are in, but, there is a store called the Aquarium on Camp Bowie in Ft. Worth, i think they have them. There is also a feed store in Azle called Russel's Feed and Supply. They have live and frozen. Hope this helps! if you would like more info let me know!

If you buy f/t from big cheese in FW and you are going to pick up an order in the near future, they might sell you some live ones cheaper than any store, especially that place on Camp Bowie. Just let them know you want a few live ones with your order of f/t.

Russel's Feed Stores are all over Tarrant County and most of them sell pet rodents, birds, etc.

I've never bought from the Aquarium so I really don't know what the prices are there. Their number is 817-926-7387. Russel's in azle is 817-444-8815. I use Russel's all the time. I'm out in the country though so there isn'y anywhere close really. Where is Big Cheese? I've never heard of them.
