I have had a lot of people ask about my wire guards and my sliding door track. So I will be selling it now for anyone interested in any of it just E-Mail me.
The door track comes in 4' and 6' lengths. Each track comes with a bottom and a upper track. The 4' track will cost $7.99 ea. The 6' track will cost $9.99 ea.. The wire lamp guard will cost $7.99 ea. Shipping is not included in these prices. I will need your address to get shipping price. Here are some pics of the guard and the track.

Hey Tom! Nice looking hardware! I just have a couple of questions for you. What are the tracks made of? How wide are the spaces in the light shields? Thanks!

Hi BrettTurley

The track is made out of strong Plastic and it fits 1/4" glass or any other 1/4" stock you want to use.

The spaces in the light guard are 3/4" at the top and 1 1/2" at the widest point. The collar diameter is 1 1/2".

The guard works well for my bigger boas.
Now for my smaller and baby boas I add metal window screen around it. The screen does get hot but I can touch the screen and not get burned. As for the lights I use fluorescent lights and they do not get hot.

Hmm, I'd be interested in getting those wire guards from you, Tom. I need to block off the lights in my king's cage before anything happens. I've been lucky so far for the past 6-7 months and don't want to push it anymore.

Just wanted to give this a bump up.

If you are going to make a 8' cage just buy two 4' tracks.
