I just placed my first order with RodentPro. I'm having it shipped to my place of business rather than home. (Home is a condo and I don't want a dry iced package left out in the hall). I just received my order confirmation. It's going to take them about a week to fill my order. Just wondering if this is normal for a time frame? Thanks.

I've only dealt with them once, but it took about a week for them to fill my order also. It was worth the wait.

I have only used them once and it took them one week from the date that I placed the order for it to be shipped.
I received it on Halloween and the dry ice made for a nice effect in the front of the house

We use them a lot. Yes it sounds about right. Somtimes it will ship a day or 2 earlier.

Cool. Thanks everyone. I just don't want it to show up at my place of work during the holiday break. That would be bad.

I place my orders on saturday mornings and they ship on tuesday or wednesday for arrival on thursday or friday. They only ship between monday and wednesday. Read their FAQ section they explain why they do things a certain way. Plus they have a live vs. frozen section. My last order they sent me 75 jumbo adult mice instead of 25, their rat pinks look like fuzzies but who's complaining.
