Shipping was great and customer service was acceptable but I did have a few complaints about the snake I received. First thing, it had mites. Second, I am thinking this is more than a purchase, but a rescue. It has burns here and there where it looks like it brushed up against a heat light. They forgot to mention this to me when I inquired about it and asked if there were any problems with it.

Just make sure to quarantine it good in case there is something else they forgot to mention. Have you called them about the burns and mites? I wonder what they have to say.

I did and the only reply I got was, I'll check the others for mites.
