Just another satisfied customer..ordered on August 6th, happen to give them the wrong zip code, they were on the phone to me in less than an hour to tell me something didn't seem right, that they didn't want my order delayed or for me ot incur a UPS charge of $5 for a wrong address. My stuff was scheduled to arrive tomorrow, I got it this morning.

Cannot recommend them enough. Someone out there still knows what customer service is all about.

Right-ee-oh then.
I got a question for anybody who has the 'indoor-outdoor thermometer & hydrometer'. The temp is perfect but how accurate is the hydrometer reading on your one?
I just got mine installed about an hour ago and it seems to be giving me a reading that is too high for R/H.
I have a Flucker analog display in there already and it tells me the R/H is 60. The apple say 70 R/H even further from the water bowl than the analog. It says that it is accurate to plus/minus 2% R/H. It seems to be too far off that.

Anyone care to share? I would call the distributor though ignorance is the most common outcome of a situation like this.

I withdraw my last comment on this product. I have noticed that it took about 2 days to settle down and achieve a very similar reading to the analog in there already.
