RodentPro gets 2 thumbs up!
Well, I recently had a shipping issue with Rodentpro. Apparently my order was delayed at the DHL sort facility due to weather conditions. What was supposed to get to me on Thursday, didn't arrive till the following Monday afternoon. When The order didn't arrive on Thursday, I contacted DHL to find out what was going on. They stated: "Your shipment has been delayed at the sort facility because of extreme weather and due to the fact that this was an act of God, we will NOT honor our shipping terms. We will NOT reimburse you for the lost perishable product or shipping cost." I was a bit frustrated by this. I contacted RodentPro to find out what they could do for me. The gentleman informed me that the rodents may still be frozen, and asked that I accept the shipment so he wouldn't have to cover the return to sender fees. He said that if there were any problems, he would make it right. The package arrived, one bag was still cool to the touch (may still be useable), but the other was totally thawed and nearly warm. By the time I had contacted RodentPro again to inform him of the shipment status, he had already repacked and began shipping on my ENTIRE order free of charge.
Awesome customer service!! I love dealing with companies that go the extra mile for their customers.

Now if they would just get some stronger bags. Everything I have ever ordered from them came in busted open freezer bags.

RodentPro has always had great Customer Sevice in my opinion... it's the quality (or lack there of) of the rats and their packing that made me switch suppliers. It costs just a little more (about 10-15%) to get much cleaner, vaccum packed rodents from Big Cheese rodents.

The thing about rodentpro is that there shipping costs are out of this world. Especially for them not having great packing materials.

Hmmm, I just made an order from RodentPro and it is shipping out on Jan.4 and will be her the 6th. So I guess I wil find out how their quality is then. Can't be any worse than the local suppliers I have been dealing with for the last year. Having had only big burms for quite a while I didn't have to buy any rats. But now that I have boas again I have been through several local breeders and my biggest problem has been finding a consistant supplier and that they have consistant sizes. That is why I switched to an online supplier like RodentPro. I will have to see how theirs look and I may try another supplier on the next order to compare quality. I only got 24 jumbo rats and 100 pinkie rats from them on this order so I will be out soon enough after my boas are born in the next couple of weeks. Only time wil tell.

I have been pleased with rodentpro as well.... I have compared prices for both product and shipping with most of the other suppliers out there and rodentpro has worked out to be far less expensive. The quality that of product has always been excellent as well. The ziplock bags crack and end up brittle from being in contact with the dry ice during shipping so I re-pack the rats when I get them either in my own ziplock bags or vacuum sealer.

Well, Rodentpro read these replys. Maybe reading what thier loyal customers don't like about them might spur some changes to their processes. Either way, I'm VERY pleased with their service and promptness in resolving issues.

My wife and I got our first order from rodentpro yesterday. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. We got everything from pinkie and fuzzy mice to rat pups, weaned rats and small rats. None of the bags were cracked, though we did reseal em in smaller amounts per bag after opening. All the rodents looked as good (and often way better) than what we've been able to get at several local stores. The only problem was the freaked look on the DHL delivery guy's face,,,but oh well that I can live with!
