I checked Snopes and aparently there is a medical condition that can cause this.

I was so scared that my baby had this, because we had so many complications during pregnancy! At one of the ultrasounds the tech was really mean and wouldnt answer my questions and I watched her type in no cerebellum seen so I looked up "baby born with no brain" online and found that disease. I freaked out to my doctor and he must have thought I was crazy because everything was fine. I ended up with a very healthy little girl that was actually born a week late instead of early like the doctor was afraid of. So anyways I knew of this being true ahead of time, as for that particular picture, it looks looks to alive to be true... I mean the baby looks like it is alert not dead, maybe a real pic just touched up a little? That is my guess.

I think I was born either 2 weeks early or 2 months early but I am still a healthy sexy beast, its so sad that thing died though.... was it a boy or girl?
