I don't have saltwater, but I have lots of Oscars, Jack Dempseys, Pirahna, and other cichlids, does that count for anything?

Welcome Saltwater Fish Keepers
Well I figured since we have a forum for just about every exotic pet we might as well have one for Saltwater Fish (and other creatures that live in a tank).
Enjoy!
Oh yeah and we need some moderators here Shoot me a PM if interested

I have a salt water tank at the office, with two clowns, a watchman Guppy, shrimp, hermits and a sea urchin. It is a 37G.
At home I have two Oscars, one in a 40G and another in a new 90G with some plecos and catfish.

I had a Mandarin for a while but the tank wasn't established enough and he didn't get enough to eat. Had to give him up to another tank. Since then I went to live sand and the tank is much more alive. I have bristtle worms and other miniature critters all over. Lots of coraline everywhere... Maybe I take some pics and post.

I have always heard that, I know with fresh water you can all but throw them in a bowl and they will live.
I reckon there are a few more steps to keeping saltwater alive
