im jealous cameron, ive always wanted a salt water tank, but its too expensive for me at this time but correct me if im wrong, but dont marine fish do better on sand?

Its good to buy live sand if your starting a tank up, because you have to build a bio-filter. But since we already had a tank with stable Ph levels and good water conditions, we took the water from the large tank and added it to the small tanks. So as for choice as gravel it doesn't matter.
