He is HUGEI usually don't see mali's this big....Oh yeah..he is a MALI-UROMASTYX He has something going on with his spine near the hind legs. Also has quite a bit of scarring going for him also. He's very active and will wait till tomm. to check him out even more so.

He is a rescue fully. He was dropped off at a reptile shop i go to and pick up reptiles from that need such done. [ Also spend money on other stuff while I'm there too hehe] I found out about him in a phone conversation and went to pick him up. My 10 year old, Andrew, has already nabbed this lil guy from me also.. lol Andrew's favorite lizard is the mali-uromastyx..shoulda known that was gonna happen
OH YEAH.. He eats about as much greens as some of the iggy's here do, the big uns that is ! Andrew has already made sure that he got snacking of criks also too. Not here 24 hours and already spoiled !
The lump on the spine is definately not anything like an abscess though. i have already checked that out. it appears to be a spinal deformity like an MBD thing going on. It does not affect anything like his movement at all which is good also.

That looks like a hybrid to me Lori...prolly a mali uro x hairless rat. ....also looks kinda like Yoda. SO he could be a uro/muppet cross as well. ...after a little more thinking..could it be a tortoise who lost his shell?
