Before

2 weeks later

Just by looking at the tail you can tell he has put on weight. It's now round.
I'd say he is doing much better. He's still really scared. He won't eat unless the tank is mostly covered. He does tame down nicely after getting him out and loves his head and neck rubbed. I put him to sleep by doing this. He's so cute. (oh no I think I'm attached)

looks like you got him just in time. Another day or two and dehydration would have probably killed him....Great job ...He fattened up fast...I have to make a note never to eat your cooking. I'm fat enough

It's funny you say that. I took the picture not thinking of doing a before and after. But then I checked and did a double take when I saw the picture. I couldn't believe it either. I didn't think he was getting much fatter. Just seeing him everyday ya know.
He is such a cutie! He snuggles!

yeah, having to see it everyday like that makes it hard to tell you have made any progress at all.

Ones that come in like this one did.. Just use the spine basically to judge by looking if they are gaining weight or not. Course a scale helps also If they are gaining you will notice that you are seeing less and less of the spine so dramtically like it is in the first pic.
