Help Rescues in Philly area or South Jersey?

I was in a local pet store getting some supplies and somebody brought in 2 fairly thin boas and the store wouldn't take them. I've worked in a few shelters and I know the rescues usually take a while to come out and they typically don't get exactly proper care in the shelters during their wait OR in this case they may be euthanized for lack of space.

These snakes need the immediate care and I can not give it to them because I already have a fairly extensive collection & no time for any rescues. Plus I kind of want to get them out of my home as quick as possible even though they are far away from my herps.

My vet doesn't have an updated rescue list and I can't really seem to get any info out of the shelters. I can't find anything good online so if anybody knows anything it'd be greatly appreciated!

mlewis_24 is on a distinguished road
Do you think they're well enough to ship?

Possibly, if it wasn't too far of a trip for them & if it would ensure they'd get the care that they deserve. I've seen and heard of herps in worse conditions get shipped without getting too stressed but I've never been a fan of shipping herps that aren't in perfect condition.
It's really a shame because I think they both are really beautiful serpents underneath their sickly bodies.
The larger one looks very much like my largest female and the smaller one's colors & pattern are fairly nice.
It's so sad and the fact that someone probably picked out the nicest looking neonates and suddenly decided they didn't 'feel like' taking care of them anymore & let them suffer instead of taking them to a shelter or rescue just totally sickens me.
