New Rescues.
I went down to the shelter today after 2 snakes brought in on sunday. I was told they were a RTB and a Ball Python. I got there at 11:15 and walked into the back. In a 10gallon tank was a baby Ball, Totaly infested with mites. Then in a bigger tank was the 5' RTB I was told was there. Well they got one part right, it is a Boa. It is a Dumerils Boa that has sores and a nasty shed. The Dumeril is in rough shape but the part that worries me most is the animal control officers found it outside in a yard. It has not gotten over 57 degrees here in awhile. I treated both for mites and have them in thier totes for a couple of weeks. I lent out my Camera it should be back around 1:00 or 2:00 today I will post some pictures for all to see.

wow, sounds rough! Good luck with them. How bad are the sores? Any idea if they are rat bites?
I would recommend some betadine and depending on the severity, a vet check.
Once you get their mites taken care of and get them warm and settled, I bet they will be JUST fine
