This guy was dropped off on someons front porch in mid winter. The guy whos porch it was didnt bother to do research on burms and decided to take him in... Needless to say, he found me. I guess at least the guy tried...but SHEESH...
Well....I could SWARE he is W.C...lol
He is just naughty...lol
You can not really handle him with out him freaking out. He rolls his body and refuses to sit still. Poor guy!! You can tell he's never been loved. He stunk soooo bad when I got him. You could tell he has been housed in an absolute disgusting enclosure. The guy refused to tell me anything about how he kept him, which tells me it prolly was bad. He is about 9 ft as far as I can see anyway.
He is absolutly beautiful and Ive named him "puffy" for now cuz you cant even look at him through the cage or even walk by with out him getting all huffy and puffy. At least he doesnt strike, right?? Well, he has once...I almost peed my pants..hehe(not really) Therefor...the pic was taken through the glass of him temporary enclosure. He was kind of thrown on me, but Ive gone out and bought the materials for a new cage and will throw it together tomorrow.
Anyway, until then....here is "Puffy" And hopefully he'll calm down enough for me to do an exam on him soon.

Nice Kolleen, good save. I'm sure he'll be up to snuff in no time! it's really fun to try to give an aggresive snake a bath huh, lol. when I got my Dums I was told that the female was alright once you got her out, but the male could absoluty not be trusted. man, when I got them home they stunk so bad, and were covered in old urates, and patchy sheds. I was more than a little nervous giving them baths right after I got them home. I did the female first, she STUNK the worst, she wasn't mean at all, a little jumpy, but nothing to be afraid of. then the male, he was even better! but it was still kind of nerve racking to have to bathe both snakes when I was told they could be aggresive. to this day, I have no idea why she was scared of them . -Juggalo
