I got a call from a friend who is trying to turn around a local pet store by working there.
So the story goes... They got about 30 leopard geckos dropped off at their front doorstep. Half were healthy, the other were sick and had to be nursed to health. About 10 got better and they sold with the other healthy looking ones. These last 5 were supposed to go into the freezer yesterday.

So my friend of coarse called me.
I'll start out with the 2 that are not that bad, just skinny, but feisty.
First one is just a little skinny and stuck shed on her toes.

-----------
This one had stuck shed to her eyes and toes. Looks like she is going to loose two toes.

-----------
This one looks to be a sibling to the above. Her left eye was glued shut with shed and stuck shed on her toes. She was having trouble breathing through her nose because of the stuck shed.

------------
This girl will be absolutely gorgeous if she pulls through. You can see the orange trying to poke through on her tail. The first picture of her is before her soak therapy. She had shed stuck to her face real bad. And she is so malnourished.

after

------------
Another female, this one is the worse off. She is so weak, and thin. She also had stuck shed to her eyes and toes. She is so calcium depleted that her skull is soft. This one I'll be amazed if she makes it.
So yes, it looks like they are all females. The little ones could be fooling me.
I have worked the shed off of all of their faces. They are soaking on moist paper towels to get their toes soften. Tomorrow I will get some babyfood, waxworms, liquid calcium from work, and benebac (thanks Brett) at the pet store up the street. (I'd take a week to order through work) I also got the crickets gutloading tonight.
Now I just need a stool sample......
