Thought I would mention the Tucson Reptile show coming up here soon. This is where I got Shiva. All the people were great . . . even the normal people. hehe Will any of you be here for this? I plan on going again. *VBG*

Not a clue since I don't keep up with them all. Try doing a search for shows - and if none for your city try for one of the larger cities near you. Good luck - went to my first show last year and found it fascinating - hope you can get to one soon.

there is the small show at San Mateo usually every year (IRBA last year, but I don't see one listed for this year? maybe already passed?) right next to BayMeadows. I went to that one two years in a row, not much but still a few nice tables. One year there was a reptile and bird combination show there.

also yearly show at Sacramento, but I've never been to that one, I think it's usually at the end of July, so any day now!

Also, our local (well I used to be in the Bay..) herp society BAARS (baars.org) does lots of educational shows and always looking for volunteers... plus it's fun to go check out other people's pets and usually they are nature shows, so not just reptiles (the one I did in '02 had a cheetah rescue org that did demonstrations, really cool!)

And of course all the great shows down in SoCal, I may try to go to the San Diego show this year, not sure yet.

I missed the Mesa show and I really wanted to go - but circumstances were against me. Don't know how this one would compare - you could check it out if you don't mind the drive. hehe
