Texas Reptile Expo pictures (San Antonio)

I went to the Texas Reptile Expo here in San Antonio today and had a wonderful time. It was not as large as I had thought it would be. But it was well setup and there were plenty of vendors including some from out of state like Glade Herps. The only problem I saw was when one of the officials noticed an aguarium that had a venomoid cobra in it. We knew it was a venomoid because the sign that was taped on the side said "Venomoid Naja". Since it was a NONvenomoid show he was rather agrivated. Especially since he couldn't find out who's snake it was. So they just turned the cage around so that nobody could see the sign. But not before I took a picture of it, LOL(the first picture in the gallery). There were alot of hots there and I fell in love with several albino monacled cobras. But I ended up taking nothing home but pictures. All of the vendors were very friendly and my son and I had a great time. Enjoy the pictures.

thanks for sharing too bad i didnt get to hit a show while i lived there.. we had a small show a few weeks back as well.. i picked up a king and two frilled dragons, and some supplies. glades..errr dont get me started...lol. rob roy is the president of the herp society here... you know..one time joe and i paid him a visit. we got onto the conversation of selling herps online. he was complaining because a customer asked to see a picture of the animal they were interested in. he said quote "if someone is purchasing an animal from me, i shouldnt have to show them a pic, or anyone for that matter." something i disagree on..but, it looks like you had a good time
