I am not sure I believe this one. Though many varanids have teeth for cutting and not crushing I have still seen them destroy rat skulls like paper cups. I find it hard to believe these garbage disposals known for taking down large prey (and eating the bones of the prey) can not crush most bones they bite. I am going to ask around about this one.

they are probably saying weaker in terms os psi but the area in a cats mouth is vaery small=not very much force and a komodos mouth has a ton of surface area=less psi but much more over all force, just my guess

I woundn't even believe it's weaker on psi. I met this guy who was hated by baby black throats and he still had scars from them many years later. But then again he was an older gentleman and his skin would be a lot weaker.
