Yeah thats pretty horrible. Whether snakes,lizards,spiders,even fish, all cruelty laws should apply to either. Id sentence her to 5 years community work in a zoo, cleaning all the feces a few times a week, plus a hefty fine.

How stupid will people keep getting? Pets are any animal at all that a person considers it to be. Whether that "pet" is a dog, cat, horse, snake, fish or spider, it's still their pet, because a pet is what you keep and take care of, that is not a human being, a farm animal or an animal in, say, a conservation/reserve/rehab programme.
This woman is a monster. Because she could not kill him for fear of retribution, she did it on the innocent little lizards to hurt him. Whatever is of any value to her, whatever she treasures, should be burnt (of course, it is presumed that no animals are in her keeping).

Anyone ever did that to any of my pets, and they wouldn't even make it to the hospital.
They'd likely just end up wiped out of existance due to my sheer anger alone vaporising them.
