COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Zoo's newest resident is named Fluffy, but perhaps Scaly would have been more apt.
Fluffy is a snake. A very big snake.
The 15-year-old reticulated python is about as long as a moving van and thick as a telephone pole. And it has more than 200 teeth.

It took eight people to lift the snake into its exhibit on Thursday.
Fluffy eats two frozen 10-pound rabbits each week. In the wild in Asia, pythons eat whatever they can catch, from mice and lizards to pigs and goats. There are a few reports of human victims.
A python breeder from Oklahoma City is leasing the snake to the Columbus Zoo for seven months.
The public will be able to see Fluffy starting next Saturday.
