Illegal Immigrant May Have Died From Snake Bite

TUCSON The Border Patrol says a 40-year-old woman has died after crossing the Mexican border southwest of Tucson with her husband.
Authorities are trying to determine if the woman died from heat exposure or as a result of a snake bite. The husband told agents he had left his wife behind at a location that was about two hours away after she was bitten by a snake on her arm.

Of course they make it sound like the snake was doing something "illegal".

Yea, very righteous of him to leave his wife in the desert dying of a venomous snake bite. I hope they not only deported him, but charged him with reckless abandonment.
