Deleware Law
What they essentially have done is outlaw boa breeding in Delaware and require a $25 permit PER animal just to keep them. I wonder how many surrendered snakes we will see because of this...

Wow that really sucks. Love the bit about Komodo dragons...thought they were endangered anyway...and the fact that you would need a permit for a leopard gecko but not an iguana. The reptile community really needs to start making its voice heard or we will all lose our pets. This is one of the worst laws I've heard so far

Those were my thoughts too. Komodos are already illegal to keep and sell in the pet trade because they are CITES Appendix 1 and are Endangered.
