The purpose of this bill is to amend the Lacy Act to include all snakes in the Genus Python. What this means to you is, no one will be allowed to cross state lines with any python. That means no Balls, No Burms, No Bloods.
That means that you could theoretically buy them within your own state, but the people who breed them cannot sell them outside your state. I can tell you personally that would mean I would no longer breed any of these species. There is simply not enough local demand to support it.
