I lost my little red group pastel baby. When I received her, she was loaded with parasites and as a result contracted a bacterial infection and was a chronic regurger. She was being treated, and for the past few months seemed to be getting better. She refused her food last night and died this morning.
She was so sweet and gorgeous...I can't help thinking about what might have been. When she regurged the first time, I tried to keep myself from getting attached, and while I knew her prognosis wasn't good...it still really hurts.
